• Portfolio Use: Client images may be used in our portfolio unless the client opts out in their signed agreement.
• Booking & Refunds: All pricing, payments, and refund details are defined in the signed contract.
• Digital Delivery: Images are delivered through Pic-Time or BookFocal. We are not responsible for third-party outages or technical issues.
• Independent Contractors: Second shooters, assistants, and editors engaged by Louvenir Photography LLC operate as independent contractors, not employees.

5. COLORADO LOCATION, PERMIT & SAFETY DISCLAIMERS

5.1. Location Permit Requirements

Some Colorado locations require photography permits, including Boulder OSMP, Rocky Mountain National Park, State Parks, and National Forest land.
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.2. Weather Conditions

Colorado mountain weather can change quickly.
Any rescheduling or changes due to weather will follow the guidelines outlined in your signed photography agreement.

5.3. Altitude, Terrain & Outdoor Safety

Many Colorado locations involve high elevation or uneven terrain.
By participating in outdoor sessions, clients voluntarily assume all risks related to altitude, terrain, weather changes, wildlife, and outdoor conditions.
Louvenir Photography LLC is not liable for injuries or incidents that occur during outdoor sessions.
