High-Energy September Wedding at The Springs in Wallisville

Although we’re now Colorado wedding photographers, we used to live and work in Texas, and our time there went out with a bang at Andrea and Misael’s September 2024 wedding at The Springs in Wallisville!

We first connected with these two during their engagement session, and their outgoing energy was instantly infectious. So when they booked us for their wedding, we couldn’t wait to celebrate alongside them. We had a feeling it would be an incredible party, and we were right. Nearly two years later, we still talk about this wedding and the memories we made there. Today, we’re finally sharing some of our favorite highlights!

Colorful Wedding Details with Pops of Pink

We loved capturing the details of this wedding day—they were every bit as vibrant as Andrea and Misael themselves.

Andrea’s wedding party wore mint green gowns that photographed beautifully against the lush greenery surrounding The Springs in Wallisville. Between the venue’s light-filled architecture and expansive outdoor spaces, it was such a fun place to photograph.

The reception design was just as joyful and romantic as the couple. Pops of pink appeared throughout the table linens and florals, creating a playful yet elegant atmosphere. Shades of blush, bubblegum, and hot pink were balanced with sunshine-yellow blooms and crisp white details, all of which complemented the bright reception hall perfectly. Every element felt thoughtfully chosen to reflect Andrea and Misael’s vision while setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.

A Reception to Remember at The Springs in Wallisville

From Andrea and Misael’s grand entrance to their private last dance, this celebration reminded us exactly why we love wedding photography.

One of our favorite things about this couple is how much they laugh together, and that joy was woven into every part of the day. The dance floor quickly became one of the most energetic parties we’ve ever photographed, with friends and family filling the room with excitement from start to finish. By the end of the night, we left feeling completely swept up in the love and radiance that surrounded them.

One of the most unique details we captured—and one of our personal favorites—was a series of portraits featuring custom heart-shaped wedding sunglasses. Printed with the wedding date in bold white lettering, they perfectly matched the celebration’s fun-loving spirit and made for some truly memorable photos.

A Perfect Texas Send-Off

We’re so grateful we had the opportunity to capture Andrea and Misael’s wedding at The Springs in Wallisville. It was the perfect way to close out our chapter in Texas, a place we’ll always remember fondly.

These days, we’re loving everything Colorado has to offer, following our couples wherever their adventures lead—from engagement sessions in the Rockies to weddings beneath the Boulder Flatirons. We love a great party, but we’re just as comfortable capturing an intimate gathering or a sunrise hike to your dream elopement spot.
